Acquisition of the 4* Fleming's Hotel in Zurich, Branch in Basel Opened
Zurich, November 29, 2021 – With VISIONAPARTMENTS, Anja Graf – successful entrepreneur and investor of «Die Höhle der Löwen Schweiz », a show by the broadcasting station TV24 [The Lions‘ Den, Switzerland] – launches another location in Zurich and, since this year, is also present in Basel. Both properties are in prime locations and expand the company’s portfolio by 28 suites in Zurich and 127 studios in Basel.

The second restaurant is known for its little cornmeal envelopes, called arepas; it is the externally operated restaurant «El Manducare» and offers Caribbean-Venezuelan cuisine all week long (except on Sundays) mornings, noons and evenings. The optimum location of the property also speaks for itself: It takes only a few steps to reach the Basel SBB railroad station; but otherwise as well, our guests are ideally close and connected to restaurants, shops and international companies.
